Another way to contact RTFFX by email is to fill out the form at the bottom of this page. Select the subject line from the "pop-up", fill in the space provided in the form for the contents (the "body") of your email, then click the "submit" button. You do not have to provide a web page address in the form.

Please call or email and get a quote before mailing any material. RTFFX requests the customer pay inbound postage (insurance is recommended). Basic return postage is included in packaged or quoted prices. If you wish you may request your materials be insured on return. Please send email or otherwise notify RTFFX if you wish returns insured.

If you are local to the Providence, RI. area, you can request your materials be picked up. There is no charge for this service. If you want to drop off your materials personally, contact rtffx by email or telephone. You will be provided with directions to our location. Either way, you can request a receipt for any material left with RTFFX.

With some types of digital media, such as digital photos, you may be able to arrange to upload your materials to this web site. There are currently two (2) methods available to upload files. If you can upload your materials, talk to Bob to get details on how to do it. You will then avoid having to drop them off, to mail them, or to have them picked up. Your project is likely to be completed faster.

Also send email if you find a competitor is charging less for comparable services.

For a demo disc, please fill out the email form below. The subject line for the email is already selected for you. Please indicate in the message how many you want. Otherwise a quantity of one will be assumed. You can provide a mailing address in this email or you can provide an address when you send payment. Also please indicate if you do not want to be contacted at your email address. After you send the email, please send $5.00 for each disc to the address given above. If you did not disallow email contact, you will receive email messages regarding any changes to the status of your request (payment received or disc(s) mailed). Thank you for your interest.
