| What type of company is RTFFX? Is it a "Sole Proprietorship", "Partnership", "LLC", "Corporation", or "Other"? |

Many people are not familiar with these terms, unless they decide to start a business. Then, by necessity, the meanings of these terms have to become known, since one has to be able to classify one's business to start it. RTFFX currently is a "Sole Proprietorship", meaning that it is a private company with a single owner. |
| How long has the business been in existence? |
| The business was registered in the state of New Hampshire around April of 2002. This web site came into being somewhat later that year. |
| Where does the name of the business come from? |
| The letters "RTF" are my initials. The rest of the name you should be able to figure out. |
| In some places I see the name as "RTFFX", and in others I see it as "RTF-FX". What's that all about.? |
| To simplify the name, the dash (-) has been dropped. The dash hasn't been removed from all the places the name is shown. Actually it doesn't matter since this web site can be reached with either www.rtffx.com OR www.rtf-fx.com. |

| Yes, including the website itself. I maintain that as well. |
| Wouldn't you like to have more employees? |
| Of course, it is a natural desire to expand a business. Currently, there are no openings, and for one person, there is plenty to do. |
| What if I'm more comfortable dealing with a store front location? |
| Then, of course you are free to take your business elsewhere. You would also be avoiding lots of other people, who might be quite talented. You would never know. |
| Previously you were located in New Hampshire. Are you going to continue doing business in NH? |
| Yes. RTFFX remains registered in New Hampshire. |
| I saw on the top of your home page, a user login section which is currently disabled. What will this be used for? Does it cost anything? |
| It will be used by both "guests" and customers. Customers are able to log in and check the status of their projects. On larger projects, customers can elect to preview their project on this web site instead of on "Review Discs". Both guests and customers will be able to access special content and preview an example project which is made up of elements of the "RTFFX Demo Disc". The service is free and to register, all the information that will be required will be your name, a valid email address, and a user name and password.. |
| Of commitments such as showing up to videotape events, how many of these commitments have you made? |
| All of them so far. None have been missed. |
| Are you willing to meet with folks who aren't currently but might become customers? |
| You can arrange to meet me, either at my location or someplace else convenient. There are no obligations for either party. If you arrange a meeting then I will bring demonstration material with me. Normally I'd bring along a demo disc, which you would be able to keep. |
